At Wall Art Prints, we want you to love your new decor; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to guarantee a smooth return process.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repack your print in its original protective sleeve and sturdy cardboard tubing to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our gallery team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement print within 5 business days.
